The flat fee includes 300,00 € filing fee transfered to the German Trademark and Patent Office for the registration of one German Trademark in up to 3 Classes of Goods and Services.
This price includes also the filing and processing of the Trademark Registration Request before the German Trademark Office, according to the legal procedures and requirements of this country with the objective of obtaining ownership of the trademark. Once we have filed the trademark we will send you a scanned copy of the filed application. Any action by the German Trademark Office will be sent to your registered email address. After registration you will be provided with a scanned copy of the trademark certificate.
